Orders

You can refer to the size chart available on every product page, to find out the right size for you.

Reinstating our commitment to slow fashion, we create styles and quality that lasts, we recommend the following wash care instructions for longevity of our products:

SILKS & WOOLS:

  • Do not wash, dry clean only.
  • Avoid hanging the products in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
  • Steam iron only.
  • For embroidered garments iron inside out or use a thin muslin layer over embroidery.
  • Some silks are designed to have a crushed look, to maintain the texture do not iron, simply dry clean the product and let it dry.

LINENS & COTTONS:

  • All our linens & cottons already come pre-washed but the best way to maintain them will be to wash them separately in cold water with very mild detergent. However, for longevity and maintaining the colour we recommend dry clean only.
  • Steam iron only.
  • For embroidered garments iron inside out or use a thin muslin layer over embroidery.

shubhamshinde.in does not offer returns or exchanges for domestic or international orders, whether for ready-made or made-to-order items, except in these cases:

  • The product is received damaged, defective, or in poor condition.
  • There is a significant issue with the item (e.g., incorrect size, fabric, color, or length) that does not match the provided specifications.
  • There is an unnotified delay exceeding one week from the order date.
 

To initiate a return, notify us via call, WhatsApp, or email (with images of the issue) within 24 hours of delivery. Returns must be authorized by shubhamshinde.in; unsolicited returns will not be accepted, and customers must arrange pickup for unauthorized returns. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and sealed.

shubhamshinde.in reserves the right to approve returns/exchanges based on the condition and timing of the return. Decisions are made within 2-3 business days of receiving the item, and approved returns are processed as cash or Credit Notes (valid for 6 months, redeemable during End of Season Sales). Credit Notes cover only the product’s MRP, excluding shipping, duties, or taxes. The brand maintains a strict no-exchange, no-refund policy, and no alterations are accepted.

To place an order at Shubham Shinde

  • Use the various category options provided under the main menu to help you find what you are looking for.
  • Once you have shortlisted an item, select your size and click on the ‘Add to cart” button.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon at the top of the page.
  • Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.

Payments

We accepts payments through the following card networks: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bajaj, DICL, Maestro, and Rupay.

By choosing one of these payment methods, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used belongs to you, and that all the information you provide—such as your name and address—is complete, accurate, and correct. You also confirm that your card is valid and the payment details you entered are accurate. All credit/debit card and payment account holders are subject to verification and authorization by the respective card issuer or payment provider. If your card issuer or payment provider declines to authorize the payment, your order will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for any delays or failure in delivery.

Yes, we accept International Credit Cards as well.

We process your payments via secured & verified payment gateways. We assure you that the process is 100% safe and secure.

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders are on full advance payment.

Shipping

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email. We do not ship on Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.

Delivery Charges for International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.

The International shipping charge DOES NOT include import duty(s).
